In her coordinating role as project manager at Lighthouse Global gGmbH, Esther gained experience in supporting worldwide social and ecological initiatives in various projects or workshops.
Following her studies in philosophy, economics and sustainability sciences and her doctorate at the Faculty of Sustainability in Lüneburg, she completed training in organisational development and consultancy at Como Consult, based on Gestalt and systems theory.
Esther has experience in working with associations, NGOs, social enterprises and volunteers as well as in research projects. She is also a lecturer and facilitator at universities, institutes and summer schools and advises non-profit organisations on sustainability issues at the Haus des Engagements in Hamburg.
